SHIPPING & RETURNS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 business days and delivery confirmed by way of email with a tracking number.

All our shipments are shipped double boxed, delivered to your door by Fastway couriers within South Africa.

Shipments generally take 2 business days to arrive in metropolitan areas and 3 days + in regional areas.

Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of R100.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer worldwide shipping (7-14 days) with tracking at a standard flat rate of R500. We are not responsible for any import duties/taxes that your local customs department may charge.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

The provision of goods and services by Solemate is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Solemate will refund the client in full within 3 business days. Due to the nature of our business, all consignment sales are final and cannot be returned nor refunded.
